Depending on your unique symptoms, Holly will provide a range of customized options for you during your complimentary phone consultation. For example, she may recommend incorporating more of a specific vegetable into your diet, or she may recommend a more extensive treatment and fitness plan. Holly also offers many forms of Alternative Medicine Treatment Sessions, and the development of an Individual Wellness Plan designed specifically to help you prevent and manage chronic illness. She also teaches holistic healing methods, from fitness and nutritional training to Qigong and meditation.
